An easy-to-make dish that
reproduces the authentic taste of wantan soup.
We hope you enjoy the gentle taste of the soy sauce
base.

Wantan Soup made with Soyees (serves 6)
Ingredients
A: 1 can Soyees, 1/2 long
Japanese leek, 1/3 bunch Chinese chives, and a little
ginger root, garlic butter, salt and pepper.
1600cc water, 2 bags Vegetas Soup Mix, 1 tablespoon
soy sauce, 30 wantan skins, chives

1) Chop up very finely the long leek
and Chinese chives from A, grate the ginger, mix well
with the other ingredients and wrap in the wantan skins.
2) Place the water and the Vegetas Soup Mix in a
pot, bring to the boil for 7 or 8 minutes, add soy
sauce, add in the wantan from 1). After allowing to
come to the boil, sprinkle on the chopped chives.
