You'll love the sweetness of the tomatoes and the soft melty texture of the veggie meat!

Provence style veggie meat
Ingredients
1/2 bag of block veggie meat, 1/2 segment of garlic, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, 2 or 3 basil leaves (or a teaspoon of dried basil)

A: 1 sachet Vegeta soup powder, 1/3 cup unbleached white wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, a little pepper.

B: 1 can boiled tomatoes, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Worcester sauce, 2/3 cup water.

[Recipe]
1) Soak the veggie meat in ample warm water till soft (approx. 40 minutes)

[Staff comment]
It has a nice soft texture like boiled meat, just like eating high-quality beef! The fragrance of the tomato and basil is very elegant.
