A texture like tender poulet in a cream sauce; a winter favourite. A rich, creamy flavor, but very healthy and guaranteed to win a girl's heart.

Substitute poulet in cream sauce
Ingredients
6 cups block type veggie meat, 2 large carrots, 10 cm of Japanese daikon (radish), 2 onions, 5 green bell peppers, 4 potatoes, some grape seed oil, 1 cup soy milk, 12 twists of the World Salt mill, a little pepper and coriander powder.
A: I bag Vegetas soup mix (with the powder removed from the bag), 6 tablespoons unbleached white wheat flour.
B: 2 bags Vegetas soup mix, 1/2 cup sake, enough water to cover everything, 2 bay leaves.

1) Reconstitute the veggie meat in warm water till soft, squeeze off the water and dredge in A.
2) Chop the onions into semicircles and cut up the other vegetables roughly.
3) Warm an ample amount of grape seed oil in a pot and heat. Fry the onions until light brown, add the veggie meat from 1) and fry. When everything is nice and greasy, add the carrot, daikon radish and potatoes and continue to fry.
4) When the vegetables in 3) are nicely fried, add B and simmer till the vegetables are soft. Lastly, add the bell peppers.
5) Add the soy milk to 4) and bring to the boil. Season with the salt, pepper and coriander powder.
