Homemade apple pie (serves 8)
Homemade apple pie A truly properly-made apple pie that will make you think, "This is it - the real homemade apple pie!"

The sour flavour of the apples, the sweetness of the raisins, crunchy walnuts and the taste of cinnamon all harmonized in this traditional dessert.

Homemade apple pie
Ingredients
A: 2 apples ("Fuji" or "Akadama" are good), 1/3 cup raisins, 1/2 cup walnuts (when crushed), 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder, 2 teaspoons kudzu flour.

B: 2 1/2 cups whole grain soft flour, 4 tablespoons grape seed oil, 100 cc soy milk, 1 teaspoon maple syrup.

C: 1 tablespoon apricot jam, 1 tablespoon maple syrup

[Recipe]
1) Slice the apples in A, roast the walnuts lightly and crush, and mix with the other ingredients in A.

2) Add grape seed oil to the whole grain soft flour in B and mix well, rubbing between the palms till crumbly. Add into this the well-mixed maple syrup and soy milk, mix till firm, but do not knead. Separate into two equal portions.

3) Sandwich (separately) the two portions of dough between wrapping film, roll and elongate. Place the flat sheet of dough on a mold and cut off the excess. Roll out the second portion in the same way, cutting the flat sheet into 2 cm strips.

4) Place 1) evenly on 3) and place the 2 cm strips of dough on top to decorate. Bake at 180°C for ten minutes, then drop the temperature to 150°C and bake for 30 minutes.

Homemade and organic is such a good feeling. The accent of the walnuts is super-delicious. The greatest apple pie ever!

[Customer feedback]
I really look forward to seeing the recipes every week.

This apple pie is a bit different from apple tart, being nice and crisp in texture. The sweetness of the fruit is delicious and the children really like it. And it's so good to know that it's good for the health.
