Black Cocoa Sabouret Biscuits (Makes 15 10cm shaped mold biscuits)
Black Cocoa Sabouret Biscuits Here are the Sabouret biscuits that the female staff raved about!

Simple ingredients and easy to make – the secret is in the organic ingredients and textures, and the taste of the balanced sweetness.

 


Black Cocoa Sabouret Biscuits
Ingredients
A: 4 cups soft whole grain flour, 1 cup organic cocoa.

B: 2/3 cup grape seed oil.

C: 1 cup #2 amber maple syrup, 2 tablespoons soy milk, 1 pinch salt.

 


[Recipe]
1) Place A and C in separate bowls, and mix each of them well.

2) Add the oil from B to A, mix well with the fingers till crumbly, add C and mix. Wrap in kitchen film and leave in the fridge for an hour or two. (The dough will become stiff and easier to handle.)

3) Sandwich 2) between kitchen film and roll out to about 5mm thickness with a rolling pin. Use the shaped mold to cut out the biscuit shapes.

4) Bake at 190? for 20 minutes.
